These types of private equity investments are restricted by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) to a designation called “Accredited Investors,” meaning you have 1 million dollars net assets -- excluding home residence equity, or an annual single income of 200K for the past two years, or 300K as an annual joint return for the past two years. (these criteria will be verified prior to investment on The VenSurf Investment platform)
How to certify you are an Accredited Investor?
Verify your accreditation by uploading redacted documents:
